Refund and Exchange Policy
All sales are final - there are no refunds, exchanges, or retroactive discounts on tickets. Ticket exchanges to another performance of the same event are available to Friends of Hatfield donors only.

General Policies
ACCESSIBLE SEATING
Hatfield Hall Theater is accessible to persons with disabilities. Contact Jessica Becker, box office manager, for more information at 812.877.8544 or becker@rose-hulman.edu.

CURTAIN TIMES
Curtain times vary. Please check your tickets for the start times. The house will be opened one-half hour before curtain with the approval of the performers.

LATECOMERS
According to artist contractual agreements, patrons who arrive late may be asked to wait to be seated at the first appropriate break in the program. We make every attempt to begin each performance on time.

RECORDING DEVICES, CAMERAS, AND CELL PHONES
Cameras and recording devices are strictly prohibited unless special permission is granted from Hatfield Hall and the artist. Please be sure to silence cell phones and pagers before the start of performances.

PARKING
Free event parking is located directly behind (east of) Hatfield Hall and at visitor lots throughout campus. A shuttle bus is available for most performances.

AGE RECOMMENDATION
Hatfield Hall encourages you to do your research on specific titles and decide what is appropriate for you and your party before tickets are purchased. All patrons must have a ticket, regardless of age. For the consideration of all patrons, children on laps and/or babes in arms are not permitted.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Hatfield Hall). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
